Mixed Realms Unveils “13Z” – A New Roguelike Action Adventure Inspired by Chinese Mythology

This roguelike action adventure game, inspired by the rich lore of the Chinese Zodiacs, is set to captivate players with its blend of fast-paced combat, deep customization, and an immersive world steeped in myth and legend.
13Z: The Quest to Become the 13th Zodiac Guardian
In 13Z, players take on the role of challengers striving to become the legendary 13th Zodiac Guardian. The journey is perilous, with players battling through monster-infested stages, confronting the powerful Zodiac Guardians, and mastering a variety of combat styles across multiple runs. Each playthrough offers new challenges and opportunities, ensuring that no two experiences are alike.
Set to launch in 2026, the roguelike game also features a dynamic village that evolves as players progress. After each run, challengers return to this hub, where they can interact with villagers, upgrade their skills, and prepare for the next trial. The village itself grows more vibrant and bustling with each victory, reflecting the player's progress and achievements.
You'll be able to learn more about this mystical adventure soon as it's heading to both GFusion & Tokyo Game Show later this month, and you can even get hands-on as there's a Global Playtest coming soon as well.
