Amanda the Adventurer 2 Brings More Analog Horror to Steam on October 22nd
Posted October 09, 2024Los Angeles, USA - October 9, 2024 — Just one day before the console launch of the fan-favorite Amanda the Adventurer, developer MANGLEDmaw Games and horror publisher DreadXP are pleased to announce that this October is an Amanda double feature, with the sequel to the viral phenomenon coming to Steam on October 22nd. The next chapter of Riley’s story is ready, and it’s as unsettling as you’d hope it’d be.
Amanda the Adventurer 2 follows Riley Park, who after uncovering what was contained on the mysterious tapes in their attic, travels to the Kensdale Public Library to investigate further. Upon arriving, they're greeted by a masked figure who claims to have known their Aunt Kate before she died, and needs their help finding something Aunt Kate had left in the library. They also warn of a powerful entity that seems to be drawn to the tapes.
Meanwhile, Amanda is now aware of Riley's presence and is doing everything to find a way to free herself. Suddenly, the stakes are higher than ever before, as it's not just Amanda looking for Riley now...

Amanda the Adventurer 2 continues the story that enthralled YouTube and the horror games community alike, and launches on October 22nd on PC for $9.99 USD / £8.50 GBP / €9.75 EUR. The first game in the series, Amanda the Adventurer, is available on Steam and Nintendo Switch, and launches on October 10th on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
