EVERSPACE Coming to Nintendo Switch

Hamburg, August 20, 2018 – Hamburg-based independent developer ROCKFISH Games will present EVERSPACE™, a roguelike 3D space shooter and surprise hit on PC and console, to the public for the first time, as well as for the first time on portable console Nintendo® Switch™, at this year's Gamescom in the Nindie Area at the Nintendo booth. The Nintendo Switch “Stellar Edition” release, which will contain the base game, the expansion, the EVERSPACE art book and the complete soundtrack with over 60 titles, is scheduled for digital and physical retail release in December 2018.

Players can easily pause the game and pick up right where they left off later when on the go.”

EVERSPACE is ROCKFISH Games’ debut title and was first released for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, pre-financed by a successful kickstarter campaign in 2015. The two studio founders and games veterans Michael Schade and Christian Lohr, together with their 12-man team, the creators of the mobile games shooter Galaxy on Fire 1 and 2, were able to collect more than 420,000 EUR and sell more than 600,000 units to date.
