September 18th, 2024 — Two weeks after the launch of Spectre Divide, Mountaintop Studios has announced the first Spectre Divide Community Invitational, set to take place today at 11:00 am PST (6:00 pm CEST). The tournament will feature four teams, comprised of the most skilled and dedicated players from the North American community since the game's launch.

"We're insanely excited to bring together some of the top Spectre Divide players in North America to battle it out for first place in the very first Community Invitational." said Nate Mitchell, Mountaintop Studios’ CEO and Co-Founder. "Players are hungry to see more top-level Spectre play, and this is a perfect moment to showcase a slice of that alongside our community on Twitch."

The casters for the event will be none other than veteran esports commentators Paul “Inverum” Todkill and Cameron Davis for the duration of the double-elimination tournament, with the finals played in a "Best of 3" format.

Spectre Divide is out now for Windows PC via Steam.
